PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Electrical panel for the power supply of a washing line in an industrial unit dedicated to potato processing, with automated routing to storage silos. The control system is based on Siemens automation solutions, featuring Simatic S7-1200 CPUs and HMIs. This installation comprises three electrical panels equipped with Siemens switching and protection devices, with communication to remote panels established via TCP/IP over fibre optics. The equipment is housed in Siemens Sivacon 8MF enclosures, using the Lutze AirSTREAM installation system, which ensures approximately 40% reduction in panel size and improved air circulation around the electrical components, thereby reducing stress on the components and increasing operational reliability.
