From design to equipment control, we dedicated special attention to the screening process and the transportation system, as these are the most sensitive areas. The screening process operates based on separation by thickness or length of the by-product. Screening can be carried out using vibrating screens, rotary screens, or disc screens, which are the most commonly used in our pulp industry. The suitable solution for this POWER SUPPLY PANEL FOR TRANSPORT AND SCREENING project integrated the OMRON CJ2 PLC with OMRON Q2A variable speed drives. The enclosures for this industry meet the following requirements: A fully compact, dedicated structure. High robustness for better protection of the installed equipment. Pre-configured cabinet, adapted to the available dimensions. The Spacial SF model from Schneider Electric was integrated, along with Schneider Electric’s switching and protection devices, due to the specific requirements of the application in this process industry.
