PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Automation panel to control a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at a meat processing industry.
The proposed and suitable solution for this automation panel project integrated the Schneider Electric M221 PLC along with Nord variable speed drives.
The Spacial SF enclosure from Schneider was used in combination with Schneider Electric’s switching and protection devices, ensuring compliance with the high demands of this process industry environment.

The Spacial SF enclosures meet the following specifications:

• Made of sheet steel with a thickness between 1.5 mm and 1.8 mm;
• Coating: epoxy-polyester paint, textured finish in grey RAL 7035;
• Protection rating: IP55 according to IEC 60529;
• Impact resistance: IK10 according to IEC 62262.

Professional labeling system was implemented using the Weidmüller PrintJet printer.
